1. How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship with DHL Germany. Regular delivery time is 3–5 business days within Germany.
Please note: Due to high demand for our Paws® 2-in-1 Car Seat & Bed , delivery times for all colors in size L are currently up to 20 business days. Regular delivery times are expected from July 1st.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL tracking link. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
3. How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €3.95 .
4. What payment methods are available?
You can pay securely and conveniently using the following methods:

We do not offer payment by cash on delivery, advance payment or traditional bank transfer.

6. What do I do if an item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We'll offer either a replacement or a refund—hassle-free.
7. How does the return process work?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please send us an email in advance with your return request. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy .
